EdALSA Network: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the EdALSA Network! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, and other online services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Membership:

  • You may not use any of the EdALSA trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability:

  • THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • EdALSA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

6. Termination:

  • We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by sending us an email request or deleting from settings in your profile.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

  • These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye.
  • You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Türkiye.

8. Changes to These Terms:

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
