Hello everyone! ,Nice to meet you . I am Paing Soe Oo . I am a skillful educator and also from Myanmar. As an educator , May I talk about my teaching life and experiences briefly . Since 2006 till 2010 ,I started and worked as an assistant teacher for secondary levels (science field subjects such as Physics and mathematics ) in some educational services .Later 2010 ,I connected and worked with some study guide groups and agencies as home tutoring for physics and mathematics , especially GCE ‘O’ level and IGCSE. Then later 2015 ,I also worked as a IGCSE and A levels teacher about physics specially in some international schools and also taught with private or freelance teacher as well .I had nearly 16 year experiences about my teaching life. I also hold Master of Science and Master of Research degrees .As currently , I am serving as a vice principal in an international communicated academy ,namely ALSA Academy (Myanmar) .I always train and guide my students systematically and patiently to understand the courses , syllabuses and topics more effectively .Besides , I help and support my students to improve their thinking skills in both theoretically and usefully .I always encourage students to follow personalized, self-directed learning plans that are inspired by their specific interests and skills. Since assessment is also tailored to the individual, students can advance at their own pace, moving forward or spending extra time as needed. I offer some traditional instruction as well as online material, while also continually reviewing student progress and meeting with students to make any needed changes to their learning plans.
